The challenge
A four-bedroom home with five intersecting roof planes, an uneven ring beam and an owner living abroad who needed full visibility of progress.
Our solution
We re-levelled the wall plates, produced a full timber schedule in treated Wawa and Odum, prefabricated the trusses on site and shared daily photo updates on WhatsApp.
The result
A true, fully braced roof ready for stone-coated tiles, completed on schedule and within the itemised budget — with no rework at inspection.
